Digital assets you purchase are governed by our End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict, the EULA overrides these Terms.

To access certain features (e.g., downloads, order history), you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised account access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the EULA.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Site to:

• Commit or encourage illegal activities;
• Harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or any servers;
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information without permission;

7. Purchases, Pricing & GST

All purchases made on the Site are governed by:

• Our End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA);
• Our Refund & Consumer Guarantee Policy;
• Applicable Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Prices shown to Australian customers include GST unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices or correct typographical errors at any time.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the information on the Site is accurate, we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error‑free.

We are not responsible for:

• Temporary outages;
• Incorrect asset previews;
• Misprints or technical inaccuracies.

13. Warranties & Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure;
• We disclaim all warranties except those required under Australian law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non‑excludable consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
